• The returns of made-to-order items are not refundable due to the high cost of materials and craftsmanship.

• In case of damage or loss during the shipment, please contact Japan Post immediately. Maximum of 20,000 yen will be paid for the actual loss by Japan Post EMS.

[RETURN INSTRUCTIONS]
Please follow the following return procedure:

• Email us at store-e@novelax.jp within 7 days after you received the merchandise to notify us of the return, clearly addressing the reason of returns/refunds, and to receive a return address.


• After receiving the return address, ship the merchandise in its original packaging to the given address. Merchandise that is damaged during return or incomplete upon receipt will not be accepted.


• You will have 14 days to return your merchandise after receiving the return address. No returns are accepted, after this return period has passed.


• For refunds, we will issue a refund of your purchase within 7 business days.


• Should the return be due to defect or erroneous shipment, we will pay the shipping costs to send a replacement or repaired product back to you.
